  • Shipping costs: Free express delivery within Poland, Brazil, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days for quality control

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after order processing

Shipping details
We currently ship to Poland, Brazil, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. All orders are sent via express shipping, ensuring fast, safe, and fully insured delivery. From order placement to delivery, the delivery time is usually 8–13 business days.

For orders to Brazil, delivery times may be longer due to local import and logistics procedures.

Damaged or incorrect orders
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. In such a case, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

Please send the report to info@zavikabutik.com, providing:

  • Order number

  • Problem details

  • Photos of damage or incorrect product

We will promptly find a suitable solution.

Order cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible within 30 minutes of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it without any problem.

Delivery delays
During peak periods (e.g., holidays) delivery times may be extended. If your order does not arrive within 3 additional business days after the expected date, please contact customer service.

Order processing and cutoff times

  • Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT +1) on business days (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.
