Return policy

You have the right to return the order within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Return conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• in unused condition,

• with original tags,

• in the original packaging,

• with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

After the return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. We do not accept packages sent without prior return notification.

Damages and errors
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. In case of damage, defect, or receiving the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exceptions – non-returnable products
We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized products. If you have any doubts about a specific product, please contact us.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the right product is to return the current one and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you whether the return has been approved. If so, the funds will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to be processed by the bank.

Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
